Upon completion of the admission process, the following enrollment requirements shall be needed:
- Completed Application
- Completed Medical Form and Physical
- Proof of Current Immunizations
- Discipline Policy – Read, Signed, and Returned to Office
- Off-premise Authorization Completed and Signed
- Parent Handbook, Operational Policies, and Baby Shaken Syndrome Policy – Read, Signed, and Returned to the Office
- Summary of NC Day Care Laws Read and Acknowledgment Signed and Returned to Office
- Registration Fee Paid in Full for All Students
